As a friendly reminder, parking on the grass in the Community is prohibited at
all times, even for loading and unloading. Not only does parking in this manner
damage the grass, but can also damage the sprinkler heads in the Community.
Failure to comply with this regulation can result in notices from the Association, fines, and additional charges on your account for
any damages to the sprinkler heads ($75.00 per head). As always, we truly appreciate your
cooperation with this matter in the future.

Summer Annuals Installed
We are happy to report that Mary Kate’s Gardening has
completed the annual flower installation for the Community. One of the most
important keys to the success of these flowers is the irrigation. We must ask
that all owners and their guests refrain from parking on the grass in the
Community. As always, if you happen to see a sprinkler head that is not working
properly, please contact our office to report this.
