Your Board of Directors recently met and approved your operating budget for 2011. We would like to inform you that the assessment amount for 2011 will be $1,719.84 for the year, with a monthly assessment amount of $143.32. This is an increase from last year of five (5) percent.
Please remember that assessments are due on the fifteenth (15th) of each month, and considered late after the thirtieth (30th) of each month.
Your 2011 coupon booklet has been ordered and should be on its way to you in the mail shortly (if it hasn’t reached you already). If for any reason you do not receive your booklet by the end of December, please notify us immediately.
