We are happy to announce that B&C Pressure Washing has completed all pressure washing in the Community's Common Areas. As you may have read in our recent newsletter, homeowners can take advantage of this work, as B&C is offering all homeowners discounted rates on
individual townhome pressure washing. B&C is offering pressure washing of individual townhomes with gutter cleaning for $49.95 per home, for cleaning to take place on Thursday, May 12th and Friday May 13th. B&C will charge an additional $10.00 to pressure wash your porch.
